This is the White of the Surfacer Evo series. A base coat paint used to fill fine scratches on model surfaces and even out the surface to improve the finish of subsequent paint layers. Can also be used on resin casts. It has primer properties, so paint adhesion is improved. This surfacer has a consistency closer to paint rather then a putty. Thin it at the same ratio as paint before use.
